Weekly Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

The Beach Twins Swimwear Weekly Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is run by Beach Twins Swimwear (beachtwins.com) (the "Sponsor"). Contact: support@beachtwins.com.

2. Facebook release

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Facebook and Meta from any and all liability related to this Giveaway. Questions, comments or complaints about the Giveaway go to the Sponsor, not to Facebook or Meta.

3. Who can enter

Legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older when they enter. Owners and staff of the Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

4. Giveaway rounds

There are five weekly rounds, each with one winner. All times are US Eastern Time.

Round 1: Thursday, October 29, 2026, 12:00 PM to Wednesday, November 4, 2026, 11:59 PM
Round 2: Thursday, November 5, 2026, 12:00 PM to Wednesday, November 11, 2026, 11:59 PM
Round 3: Thursday, November 12, 2026, 12:00 PM to Wednesday, November 18, 2026, 11:59 PM
Round 4: Thursday, November 19, 2026, 12:00 PM to Wednesday, November 25, 2026, 11:59 PM
Round 5: Thursday, November 26, 2026, 12:00 PM to Wednesday, December 2, 2026, 11:59 PM

5. How to enter

During a round: (1) follow the Beach Twins Swimwear Facebook Page (facebook.com/beachtwinsswim), and (2) leave a comment on that round's giveaway post on the Page. You must be following the Page when the winner is drawn. Limit one entry per person per round; extra comments do not add entries. Sharing or tagging friends is not required and does not add entries. Entries posted after the round closes, or that are offensive, spam or posted by fake or automated accounts, are not counted.

6. How the winner is chosen

Within 24 hours after each round closes, one winner is drawn at random from all eligible entries for that round. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. A person may win only once during the whole Giveaway. If the person drawn is not following the Page or is otherwise not eligible, another entry is drawn.

7. Prize

Each round has one prize: the clothing or swimwear item from beachtwins.com shown in that round's giveaway post, in the winner's choice of available size and color, shipped free to a US address. Approximate retail value: $45 or less per prize. Total value of all five prizes: $225 or less. No cash or other substitution, except that the Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value if the item becomes unavailable.

8. Winner notification and claim

The winner is announced on the Beach Twins Swimwear Facebook Page and in a reply to their entry comment. To claim the prize, the winner must email support@beachtwins.com within 72 hours of the announcement with their full name, US shipping address and size. The Sponsor will never ask for a password, card number or payment to claim a prize. If the winner doesn't reply in time or isn't eligible, an alternate winner may be drawn from that round's eligible entries.

9. General

Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. The Sponsor may cancel or change the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems or anything else beyond its control affects how it runs. By entering, you agree to these rules and allow the Sponsor to announce your Facebook name as a winner on its Facebook Page. Personal information sent to claim a prize is used only to ship the prize.
